Adónde is a travel app made by Mybubble LLC. This policy describes what the app collects, where it goes, and what you can do about it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
Your trips, documents, expenses and journal never leave your phone. They are stored in an encrypted database on the device itself. We cannot read them, recover them, or hand them to anyone, because we do not have them.
The social side — your profile, posts, photos, stories, reviews, messages and connections — is stored on our servers, because other travelers have to be able to see it. You can delete all of it from inside the app at any time.
We do not sell your data. We do not show ads. We do not track you across other apps or websites.

If you delete the app, this data is gone. There is no backup on our side to restore from.
Only if you create an account, which is optional. The app works without one; signing in turns on the parts that need another traveler to see something of yours.

Our backend is Supabase, which stores this data in the United States. Access is governed by row-level security: other travelers can only read what you have made visible to them.
Messages are not end-to-end encrypted. They are encrypted in transit and at rest, but we could technically read them, and we would if legally compelled. Do not use Adónde messages for anything you would not want disclosed under subpoena.
If you allow it, the app uses your location to:
Your live location is only shared with another person when you explicitly choose to share it. Location attached to a post is the place you selected while writing it, not a reading taken from your device.
You can refuse location access. The app then asks you to pick a city instead, and everything else works.
The app asks for photo library access when you attach a photo. Photos you select are uploaded only as part of a post, story or message you choose to publish. The app does not scan or index your library.
suggestions. The text of your request is sent to Anthropic to be answered. Do not paste anything sensitive into these features.
When you search or book, the details necessary for that search or booking are sent to the relevant partner, who handles them under their own privacy policy.
These receive the coordinates or place names being looked up.
We do not use analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or third-party trackers.
Adónde is not intended for anyone under 17, and accounts are not knowingly created for them.
Account → Delete my account. This permanently removes your profile, posts, photos, stories, reviews, messages and connections from our servers. It cannot be undone, and we cannot restore it afterwards.
Data held only on your phone is not affected — delete the app to remove that.
Backups may retain deleted content for up to 30 days before being overwritten, after which it is gone.
If this policy changes in a way that affects what we collect or who we share it with, the app will say so before the change takes effect.
