Adónde is a travel app made by Mybubble LLC. This policy describes what the app collects, where it goes, and what you can do about it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
Your account and your trips sync to our servers so they follow you across devices, protected so that only you can read yours. The social side (your profile, posts, and messages) is stored on our servers because other travelers have to be able to see it. Your document vault stays on your phone, encrypted, and never uploads. We do not sell your data. We do not show ads. We do not track you across other apps or websites.
Adónde requires an account, created with email, Google, or Apple sign-in. We store your email address, an authentication record, and your display name. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive the name and email your provider shares. If you use Apple’s Hide My Email, we only ever see the relay address.

Access is governed by row-level security: this data is readable by your account and no other traveler’s.

If you delete the app, vault contents are gone. There is no server copy to restore from.
The app is built to work cold: your documents, emergency and safety information, your synced trips (the local copy), and maps you have viewed all remain available with no internet connection at all.

Our backend is Supabase, which stores this data in the United States. Other travelers can only read what you have made visible to them.
Messages are not end-to-end encrypted. They are encrypted in transit and at rest, but we could technically read them, and we would if legally compelled. Do not use Adónde messages for anything you would not want disclosed under subpoena.
If you allow it, the app uses your location to open the feed on the city you are in, show weather and safety notes for where you are, show distances, and fill in your profile city when it is blank. Your live location is only shared with another person when you explicitly choose to drop a pin for them. Location is a pin you choose, never a track.
You can refuse location access. The app then asks you to pick a city instead, and everything else works.
Sign-in codes, and a copy of each itinerary you generate or recalibrate, sent to your own account email through our email provider (Resend). Booking confirmations are sent the same way. We do not send marketing email.
Text messages are off unless you switch them on. In the app, under Account then Text alerts, you add your own phone number and turn on “Text me trip alerts”. We record that consent against your phone number with the date and time.
Once it is on, we text you three kinds of message and nothing else:
We do not send marketing, promotions, offers or affiliate content by text, ever, and we never text a number that has not opted in inside the app.
Message frequency varies. Texts are triggered by your own bookings rather than by a schedule, so if you have no upcoming travel you will receive none at all.
Stopping them. Reply STOP to any message and they stop immediately, or switch the same setting off in the app. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply — your carrier charges you for these, not us, and roaming costs more.
We do not share your phone number or your text-message consent with anyone for their own marketing. Twilio carries the messages for us and only for us, and no mobile information is sold or passed on to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Adónde can import travel bookings from your Gmail inbox. This is optional, off by default, and only happens after you grant access on Google's own consent screen.

We do not use analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or third-party trackers.
Adónde is not intended for anyone under 13, and accounts are not knowingly created for them.
Account → Delete my account. This permanently removes your profile, posts, photos, stories, reviews, messages, connections, synced trips, and AI logs from our servers. It cannot be undone, and we cannot restore it afterwards. Data held only on your phone is not affected; delete the app to remove that. Backups may retain deleted content for up to 30 days before being overwritten, after which it is gone.
If this policy changes in a way that affects what we collect or who we share it with, the app will say so before the change takes effect.
