Adónde is made by Mybubble LLC. If something is not working, if you have a question about your account, or if you need help with a booking made through the app, contact us directly and a person will reply.
We aim to reply within two business days. Adónde is built and supported by a small team, so please include your account email and, where it helps, the name of the trip or booking involved.
Accommodation booked in Adónde is sold and charged by our accommodation supplier, who is the merchant of record for that transaction and issues any refund. Flights booked in the app are sold and charged by our flight supplier. Tours and experiences booked in the app are provided and charged by Viator. We will always help you reach the right party, so write to us first if you are not sure who to contact.
You can delete your account and all of its content from inside the app, under Account → Delete my account. It is immediate and cannot be undone. If you cannot access the app, email us from the address on the account and we will do it for you.
