You can delete your account and the data we hold for it at any time. Deletion is permanent.
Open your profile, then Account, then Delete my account, and confirm. The account is removed right away.
If you no longer have the app, email support@getadonde.com from the address on the account with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm the request by replying to that address and delete the account within 7 days.
Your profile, posts, photos, stories, reviews, messages, connections, synced trips, saved places, watches, and AI logs are removed from our servers. Bookings made with our partners (hotels, flights, tours) stay with those partners under their own terms; keep your confirmation emails.
Backups may hold deleted content for up to 30 days before they are overwritten. Records we must keep for tax or fraud prevention, such as subscription receipts, are kept for the period the law requires and nothing else. Data stored only on your phone is not affected; delete the app to remove it.
