These terms are the agreement between you and Mybubble LLC ("we"), the maker of Adónde. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. They are written to be read.
Adónde helps you plan trips (including with AI), book travel through partner providers, track spending, translate, and connect with other travelers. Parts of the service are free; the premium tier is called Traveler+.
You must be at least 13 to have an account, and at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to book travel or buy a subscription. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your sign-in to yourself.
Hotels, flights, tours, events, and tee times found in Adónde are provided and fulfilled by third-party partners (for example Nuitée for hotels, Duffel for flights, Viator for tours). Your booking contract is with the travel provider, under their terms, cancellation rules, and refund policies. We display the information partners give us and cannot guarantee its accuracy, availability, or price until a booking is confirmed. Some bookings pay us a commission; this never raises your price.
Trip designs, suggestions, translations, price checks, and safety notes are generated by AI. They are suggestions, not professional advice, and they can be wrong: verify anything load-bearing (visas, opening hours, safety conditions, medical matters) before relying on it. You are responsible for your own travel decisions.
You own what you post. By posting, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within the service so other travelers can see it, which is the point of posting. The license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies already shared by other means or held briefly in backups.
Do not post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, deceptive, infringing, or that shares another person’s private information without their consent. Do not use the service to spam, scrape, impersonate, or endanger anyone. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, and we may report unlawful activity.
Adónde connects real people. Use your judgment when meeting anyone: meet in public, tell someone where you are going, and share your contact details only when you choose to. We do not run background checks, and a verification badge means an identity document matched a selfie, nothing more. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users, online or off.
You can delete your account any time in the app (Account → Delete my account). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. Sections that by their nature should survive (your content license wind-down, disclaimers, limitation of liability) survive termination.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Travel involves risk that no app can remove.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mybubble LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
If these terms change materially, the app will say so before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
